Flash nerfs

I think the flash nerfs are a waste because they didnt change gameplay at all, you can still flash over walls, "the reason pros use flash anyway" and still escape ults and other spells exactly the same. in an attempt to balance a spell, they failed in making it even and hardly scratched its utility while buffing other summoner spells.
